Ozone Power Source Installation
The core of ozone generator lies in its power source which has evolved from the power electronic technology, with the power supplied by the power source cabinet of the ozone system. The power source cabinet of the ozone generator converts the routine voltage and frequency into the frequency and voltage for ozone generation. The high-voltage power source sent out from the power source cabinet is connected to the top terminal of the ozone generator’s air inlet cell through special high-voltage cable and tailor-made high-voltage PTFE contact, which is resistant to high voltage strike and ozonation.

Control Circuit
The PID control circuit composed of synchronizing impulse trigger circuit, current-voltage feedback circuit and comparator makes the working frequency and output voltage adjustable, so as to achieve coordinated and stable operation of the main circuit, and holds circuit protection performance. The core of power source control is the highly reliable CPU which is set automatic soft starting function and multi-protection device to guarantee the reliability and stability of the entire machine and can realize smooth adjustment to ozone output and concentration on the basis of the actual demand.
High-Frequency Inverter
As the thyristor belongs to half-switching element, it can not turn off unless its current value reaches zero. In addition, the thyristor serves as a switch by being connected between the power source and the load, and will lose the function of current control once it turns on. What’s more, the load property of the ozone discharge chamber takes on great change at the time of build-up of luminance, normal operation, instant or partial arcing, which would extremely influence the normal switching on and off of the thyristor. Therefore, our company has specially researched and developed digital circuit accordingly to make sure normal work of the thyristor.
Fully-controlled Rectifier Bridge Circuit of Thyristor
The fully-controlled rectifier bridge circuit is used to control and adjust the output voltage of rectifier to realize slide regulation of output voltage and ozone output; the filter inductance is equipped. The circuit can prevent the Discharge Chamber from producing excessive voltage due to load changes at the time of build-up of luminance and discharge, so as to guarantee the reliability of the power source and Discharge Chamber.
